Conferencing

The conferencing feature makes communication between positions real time. The system tracks a log of all communications for auditing. All logged in users will be listed in the Contacts Listing. All online contacts will be grouped based on their command, making communication easier and more effective. Positions between commands can also share information instantly. The system immediately alerts the sender if the recipient was unable to receive the message which enables the sender to use another form of communication.
